Anybody remember a Korean car Tico?

I don't know if it was ever introduced in US but I remember in late 80s/early 90s, they was this small compact car named Tico. (maybe made by Daewoo?)

And it was the smallest thing, maybe smaller than BMW Mini. I'm just nostalgic and I want to know the car's specs and etc...

Anyone know?

Daewoo Tico....
Blah,
Edit: Are you a masohist?
Why would you care about car like that?

no, somehow the commercial i watched 13 years ago left an impression in my head. (as it was selling like hot cakes in the overpopulated city, Seoul, Korea)

I just want to revisit my old memories. 🙂

Any info on its specs? drivetrain?
It is made out of Suzuki Alto...
3 cylinder, 768 cm engine (yes, it is .768 liter), 41 HP, 0-60 MPH in 17.6 sec, top speed 80 MPH...

look for the Maruti Suzuki..

the tito is a rebadged Alto that is a rebadged Maruti Zen that is made in India.

Actually it might be the Maruti 800..

its a 3cylinder, 768cm engine with 37 HP.. not 41.. unless they changed it..

Our Maruti Omni van had the same engine.. it had 37 hp..

quite a nice car.. i miss it.. the 800 hatchback was really zippy (it was lighter)
