Anybody play Rock Band still? DLC review site help needed

Actually, now I'm a bit intrigued - how are you getting the DLC data? Is it all manually input? Is it open for editing by all users ala Wikipedia? (I'm too apathetic to actually sign up)

A DLC RSS feed could be moderately interesting.

Alright, update made, let me know if that fixes the issue for you. I'm using Firefox 3/IE6, so I can't test it in other browsers... yet.

The issue, I believe, was my inexperience in using DIV tags compounded by a FLOAT that was too big.

I think you website might benefit from a fixed width? Perhaps that's just my personal prefference and no one elses though. But it does seem kinda like the norm these days.

Also, your sig link is broken.

You're developing using a beta product and a really old version of IE (last released was almost 4 years ago now)? PS, it looks like you fixed whatever was broken in FF2.

More or less, I"ve never bothered to upgrade the IE on my system since I always use Firefox except when checking for problems.

Also, I just discovered BrowserShots, which so far is *awesome*. I have discovered that a lot of browsers don't like the Div align right, that's for sure.

After reading up on how some of the new stuff works, I finally got this working tonight. It's not precisely a fixed width, but rather it varies within a certain range. While the Max Width is still broken in IE 6 (known bug), it works in pretty much everything else, so I think that it'll do.

DLC data is input two ways. First, I handle the initial data simply by going over to wikipedia and getting that week's song data and difficulty tiers. Very, very basic info.

Then, after that has been input, there is a group of about a dozen users whom I have granted some additional privileges to. These users can add "Extended song data" and embedded Youtube videos via some interfaces within the pages. So far, a few of these people have really gotten into it, and so far 200 different Youtube videos have been added (only about 7-8 of them by me!).

Eh, maybe I read too much into it since this was one of the first posts I read this morning 😛. I guess between this one and the absolute beating VIAN took yesterday for posting an opinion piece, I'm just a little on edge with "you people". 😀 😉

Eh, don't feel bad about being harsh on me. While I don't respond well to it at the time (a character flaw of mine) it actually motivates me to work pretty hard. After you guys kicked the hell out of my site back on Monday, I worked for about 8 hours that evening updating everything. So it had an overall positive outcome!
