Anybody O/Cing a Duron 700 on a A7V and getting better than 900Mhz?

I had no problem setting the jumper free pin and setting the multiplier to 9.0x and voltage 1.8v and running rock solid. I had problem with the -5v on the power supply and I'm using Cas2 PC100 memory. Tried a Antec 235px 250watt power supply which fixed the voltage problem, but still could not get to 950Mhz. Before spending $160 on PC133 Cas2 memory can anyone tell me if this will help. For the little memory bandwidth performance difference I could hold off if I'm not going to be able to reach the 950Mhz mark adjusting the multiplier and voltage. Afterward I could tweak the FSB to get around 980Mhz to 1Ghz. Supposedly the 650's can do this.
