He's not in another group. I saw them live back a few years ago....they are REALLY tight live. I don't care much for the last two albums....but Demanufactured and Remanufactured were really good albums. Their albums before that were a heavier and not really "industrial Metal" as much.

The drummer and bassist are in a side project band called "TheKushProject" with B-Real of Cypress Hill and Stephen Carpenter of the Deftones....good stuff...check it out.

As for the rest of the band...dunno what they are gunna do.

Baff...If I didn't already have a fiancee that loved Fear Factory, I'd ask you to marry me! :D

I've seen them in concert about 4 times. AWESOME live in small venues. Two of them I was about 4 feet from the stage. They played for about 2.5 hours. That was on top of 1.5 hours of opening bands. I was thouroughly exhausted the next day.

Obsolete is probably in my "Top 5" of all time favorite albums of any band. Demanufacture is damn cool too. Wasn't a huge fan of Digimortal...apparently neither was anyone else and album sales showed it :( The abysmal sales didn't help the breakup any.

All I know is this dude's got one helluva powerful voice ! He brings it up from his ankles, it would be a shame if he's not doing vocals with somebody.

I'm talking about Souls of a new Machine. But if shes listening to "Newer" FF, she wont be expecting what Soul Of a New Machine brings...its a big different musically than the next sets.

Yup big fan of the older stuff. Anything after Demanufacture didn't tickle my fancy. If you like them check out Six Feet Under. Couple of the guys from Obituary and the singer from Cannibal Corpse.
