Anybody know where I can get good info on Digital cameras?

I'm looking around for a Digital SLR. But they seem to be pricey. If not then I'm thinking of picking up a good non-SLR.

Has everything I need. And the spare battery is a nice touch.

Any suggestions?

You can get the Canon Digital Rebel kit for under $800 with spare change for a memory card. You don't need lens until you get better at using it.

dpreview has a great forum and they're reviews are actually objective....unlike steves-digicams who rates everything as great.
