Are there areas with newer development (ie: homes < 10 yrs old)? South Bend is a mix of old and new, and a lot of the Midwest is older neighborhoods so I'm curious.

The BBQ buffets in Owensboro are really an amazing situation.

I almost got a job in Owensboro. Looked like a nice area from what I could tell from my research. Good home values and yes, there were houses < 10 years old.
