Anybody know of any good facial products.

Probably a light exfoliator (sp?) would do the trick.

If you want something from the local supermarket then check out the facial scrubs by Noxzema (For Men) and Nivea...out of the two, the Noxzema is a little more abrasive, probably what you need.

 
I'll try to remember to ask my wife. She's an avon certified beauty advisor. I, however, can merely suggest you try salicylic acid pads first, then try rubbing alchohol (70% isopropanol), then try acetone (nail polish remover). Be careful not to get any of those substances in your eyes, and if you do then flush your eyes for ten minutes with water.
