Anybody know of a good Kyboard Mapper for XP?

I have been getting spoiled by my laptop because it has one touch key to raise teh sound level etc and I have a Microsoft Keyboard that doesnt have any of those keys. I would like to find one that can raise the sound level with the touch of a key and if possible have an onscreen display. I would prefer to find a free one but wouldnt mind paying if its a good product.

I have a dell but I like the way a Toshiba one works, IT has the bar across the bottom telling you what percentage your at volume wise. I tried to find the program Toshiba uses but couldnt find suck a program.
