Anybody know if TrimSpa works?

It's only active ingredients are Green Tea, Caffeine, and Chromium. All it does is speed your heart rate. It is crap. It is 95% placebo.

so basically it doesn't help at all?

I heard other stories about how successful it is

The basis of "fat loss pills" is called an ECA stack. E = Ephedra, C = Caffeine, A = Aspirin. They all three increase heart rate, which in turn increases metabolic rate.

The best part is Ephedra, and since it is now banned (or at least tough to find comercially), you are stuck with Caffeine (Guarana, Green Tea) and Aspirin.

Basically, you would get the same results if you took 2 Bayer Aspirins and 2 No Doz every day.

yeah that stuff works really well, I own a GNC store, and we sell tons of that stuff. And people keep coming back for more, and just for them selves. for there husband or who ever, i have tried other weight loss products, and trimspa is in the top 4 as of right now. Works well, and decent price. Cuz most now days do not raise your heart rate as much as they used to, with ephedra, plus the green tea, and bitter orange extract are actualyl pretty good for you. alots of anti-oxedents, and they help raise your metoblism, which helps you loss weight and have more energy.
