Anybody know anything about College Pro?

Hi all,

I have been offered a potential internship with a company called "College Pro." How it works is they train you how to do management duties, and you paint houses. But you are the manager, so you hire painters, make estimates, get sales, etc. You then pay your employees, pay for supplies, and pay a royalty to College Pro (they give you some initial money, do you taxes, and help with advertising plus provide a mentor), and keep the profits. Supposedly, they say that the average profit for this job/internship is $12,000 over the summer. I am thinking that is pretty good for just a summer job.

But what I want to know is if College Pro is legit? Anyone know anything about this, or have experience with it? It is a program for college students.

Thank a lot for any information.

I was kind of thinking that. Sort of a "too good to be true" kind of thing. I guess I am leaning toward backing out at this point, but still don't know.

Anyone else?

datalink7, 12K for a summer job is sweet, but I'd stay far away from "College Pro," not from personal experience, but sounds like some type of "pyramid scheme" to me. Hope this helps.
