so I"m planning to buy a house, and after looking through all the companies, including ideal homes, home creations, champions, etc etc, i found a home I like with pinnacle. anybody have any experience with them? good or bad?
also, in terms of financing, is going through their lenders the best way to go? I know that if you go with their lenders, then they will pay for the closing cost.
will going with an outside lender lower the monthly investment?
