Anybody in this forum work for Sanmina Corp?

I'm not trying to be nosey, the reason I ask is that my division of the company that I work for may be bought buy them. I'm wondering if Sanmina is a good Corporation to work for, benefits and that sort of thing? I checked out their web site and they looked fairly strong, but of course that's THEIR OPINION if you know what I mean.
I am planning to do more research, but we just got this news. I'm hoping to get someone's opinion who works there, or has worked there. thanks for any help!
