The only place I've found them is an online store that won't ship to the US. I don't know if they have a B&M presence.

There's nothing particularly special about them, other than the fact that they have lasted me a year & I like them.

They've been discontinued, the particular color I have is no longer available in the US.

I don't understand. Do you spend all your time looking at your shoes? The only time I look at mine is when I am putting them on. No I don't have a huge gut, I just don't bother to check myself out that much.

Familiarity. I have something I like, I want to stick with it.

Plus, this shoe/color combo has been particularly durable - They still looked quite new up until the last month or so.

ditto, some fella I know buys shoes in bulk when it's onsale, 2nd and 3rd one at half price, he buys 3 of the same size and same color shoes 🙂
