I my self am a pretty new diabetic for 3 months now, exactly 3 months ago i was in a hopital bed 🙁 it sucked ass! Anyways who here has this disease other then me?
 
At least one other person here does. He's doing a hike in a couple months up the Pacific Coast. Thread here with his latest update. It should also have a link to his website about the hike.

My mom was diagnosed with it last year, and her mom had it. I don't know if diabetes is genetic or not, but I assume I'll come down with it some day as well. My mom doesn't have to do the insulin shots everyday, just take a pill and check her blood sugar. Her mom did have to take the daily shots.
