ANYBODY HERE KNOW ABOUT VF31 TURBO???

Hi guys,

I jus wanted to know the specs for VF31 turbo so I can find a replacement for it. Was thinking of getting TD04 but I don't think the specs are similar at all. VF31 is supposed to fully spool up by 2000~2500 rpm.

My car is 2000 Subaru Legacy B4 twin turbo.. its the smaller of the two turbos that i'm thinking of replacing.. think the internal wastegate and wastegate actuator is shot.
