A girlfriend of mine from work is really into this and I went on a guest pass with her to a session this afternoon, definately feeling it now🙂think I might sign up as it certainly will increase flexibility, how is it for overall exercise ?

I've been wanting to get into it. I was in a car wreck several years ago and still have some neck/back pain and this is supposed to be really good for that.

some info

Just bought the Windsor Pilates set for the wife, she's been wanting 'em. From what I've seen, (actually tried it once) I can definitely see why it works. While it's low impact, it was one of the hardest workouts I've ever had!

If I sign up for it,I'll still also continue power walking several times a week, I'm thinking the combo will be enough.I definately feel the burn from my session this afternoon,it's no wussy program by any means.

Don't need to sign up, just buy the videos and do it on your own time. It's definitely a good idea to make it a part of your normal workout routine, rather than just using it solo.

Actually if I do this my friend and I will be commiting to be work out partners. We live close to each other and think that we'll motivate each other rather nicely.Itt'll also be sort of like work related activity as well because we do work together and will probably discuss job related stuff as well.

In that case, go for it. I've never been much for working out, (thank God for a decent metabolism), but having a steady workout partner has helped the wife immeasurably. There's been SO many times she wanted to blow it off, but her partner kept her motivated, and vice-versa.
