That's what used to amaze me - I had no idea he was still taping shows. I remember watching him 15+ years ago.

anywho, one move i've never been able to do is martin's instant garlic smash. "and you do like dis" *wham* instantly obliterated garlic.

I used to watch "Wok With Yan" while growing up. I remember once on his show he had some guest from Hong Kong who broke some long-standing Guinness Record for fastest noodle maker. Then he had the original record holder (also from Hong Kong) come on the next week, and he got the record back.

LOL, that's awesome...I know that he's still around doing shows, but 52 more for PBS...that's awesome!

And all this time - why hasn't anyone told me?!?! No wonder people have been giving me the stink eye at annual Yan Conventions or as us Yanheads like to call it, YanCon.
