Anybody have trouble running this animated gif?

I used this on a couple of forums, and people said it really lagged thier computers up... after it is downloaded, does it run smoothly? System specs would be great! It is about half a meg

Actually they did, but it was because it was lagging their computers, not because it was a fat kid on meth.
