no, I'm not cheating.......

I need to calculate this integeral(or tell why it is not intergradable) by punching this into the powerful program called matheamtica. Now, I dont have the program, so if anybody can quickly punch it in the program for me, it will really help.

It's not really "work" is it? I mean, if I have the program, I would do it myself too...

thanx

the integeral is from 0 to a, square root of 1/t + t dt.

thanx a bunch......

I don't have mathematica, but Maple gives,

2/3*(sqrt((1+a^2)/a)*a^4+sqrt((1+a^2)/a)*a^2+I*sqrt((1+a^2)/a)*a*sqrt(-I*(a+I))*sqrt(2)*sqrt(I*(a-I))*sqrt(I*a)*EllipticF(sqrt(-I*(a+I)),1/2*sqrt(2))+EllipticK(1/2*sqrt(2))*sqrt((1+a^2)*a)*sqrt(a^3+a)-I*EllipticK(1/2*sqrt(2))*sqrt((1+a^2)*a)*sqrt(a^3+a))/((1+a^2)*a)^(1/2)/(a^3+a)^(1/2)

give me a sec and I'll but up a screen shot
