AnyBodY have a DVD Cover TemPlate?

Thanx... But I need one for the long DVD cases. (Movie DVD cases) These seem to all be for CD jewel cases.
 
The template linked above is for size A4 paper, which I don't have.
How do you print a full DVD cover on one sheet of paper? I did some sample prints and the margins cut in thus ~2-3 cm of the image is omitted.
 
There was an ad-supported DVD program I used when I printed a FMJ cover to replace mine. FMJ is one of the few DVDs I have in that damn cardboard case and someone scanned the cover at highres for me so I put it in a standard case.

It was the only DVD case I had at the time, so I only did that one movie and uninstalled the program. I think it was DVD Cover Xpress or something like that.

On the subject, anyone know of a site where I can get high-res scans of a few DVD covers? I want to replace my austin powers, Matrix, and a couple other WB DVD's I have in the crappy snapcase. The one site I found charged for access so I was kind of hesitant to use it.
