Anybody get the $39.99 Windows XP?

Did anyone recieve their copy of Windows XP Pro for $39.99? If so tell us when you ordered, when it arrived and when you were charged for the transaction. And what you got in the box 😉
 
First time I did it, I got a retail box & the lava lamp
Second time I got an OEM copy (sleeve only, no box around CD) and the baseball crap.. IE gum, baseball, bobblehead..

I liked the first one better.
I got charged before the package got here.
 
Yes, i've received both copies that i ordered. Each took about 4-5 days to receive after placing order.

Big League chew was interesting...hadn't tried that since i was a kid. Dog chewed on the bobble head.
 
I got my copy at the beginning of August. Included, XP baseball cards, XP bobblehead doll, pouch of big league chew bubble gum, some promo materials & XP Pro. Would have been cool to get the Lava Lamp one though.
 
But people HOW LONG DID IT TAKE!! From purchase to delivery. I ordered mine some time in October and December is nearing QUICK!!!

it did take a while... like 6 or 8 weeks... standard crappy mail order length

About week. Don't remember the exact specifics, but it was fairly quick.

Results are varied. Mine took 6-8 weeks, where as other people received theirs in 6-8 days.

Well I ordered mine on October 10th. It's been mor than 7 weeks so I'm getting really woried my order didn't go thorugh, but I got a confirmation e-mail with a order number so I should be good right?
 
Mine came like 2 weeks after I ordered. For some reason I think it came UPS but I'm not sure. It was one of those days when I came home and had like 3 presents behind my door. I lost track of the carriers in all the excitement... 😉
 
I got mine. It took about 3-4 weeks from the day I ordered until the box was on my doorstep.

Ha, it did come UPS. I just checked my Hotmail account, where I stored the e-mails. Apparently I ordered it on August 6. I found the UPS tracking number and it says it was delivered on August 21. So for a more precise time-frame, my order took 15 days to arrive if that helps... 😀
 
I got mine 3-4 weeks after I ordered it and I had it sent to my parents in Tacoma WA. GO figure why it took so long.
 
I ordered on Oct 3rd, I think. Thanks for reminding me. I think I'm going to give them a call and see if I'm getting a copy.
 
UPDATE/CORRECTION:
I ordered on October 9th, not 3rd. MS emailed me back and told me that UPS will deliver it to me on Dec. 4th.
 
Got mine a long time ago. Had the whole baseball package in it. Wanted to ebay it but since it was not for redistribution, I couldn't. I probably got it within 6 weeks IIRC.
