Anybody familiar with system commander?

fs5

Lifer
I need to install 98, ME, 2k, XP Pro, and Server 2003 all on one machine using System Commander 2000. I had 98, ME, 2k, and XP Pro installed and working fine. I made a new partition (FAT32) for 2003, installed it and now I can't boot into XP or 2k, they're giving some sort of file missing error. I will post it if it helps.

I think system commander is pretty archaic but that's all I got at the moment. I'll take recommendations for better system selectors if ya got 'em.

what is your partitioning scheme? did you hide the other partitions when you installed system commander?

I've never used it, but have read the docs for it, and am familier with other boot loaders. The exact error message would help.

I'm actually just about to reinstall all the OS's fresh...

How do you "hide" partitions?

When I try to load WinXP Pro I get:
"Windows Whistler could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
<Windows Whislter root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe.
Please re-install a copy of the above file."

Are there better boot loaders?
