My family signed up for it on August 5th, and they still haven't connected us. What the heck? I've been away at college, so I haven't really paid too much attention.
I made a few calls back in November to try to help them out; Winfire claimed that they were having problems getting information from our phone company. We use Bell Atlantic.
The funny thing is that Bell Atlantic called my family halfway through August to say that we'd been activated.
Pretty strange situation. They haven't been billing us or anything, of course. I guess I'll call tommorow and see whats up.
