It will surely be a good game. But the game I'm anticipating the most is Star Wars:KOTOR. I'm no Star Wars fan boy, but this game just looks unbelieveable.

When it was first announced, everyone was excited for 6 months or so then it died out. I never was excited because there have been so many hyped Xbox games that turned out to be no good. Anyway, I have started to get excited recently because I see most of how the final game will pan out and it looks pretty good. The only two games I can see getting for $50 before a single review comes out are Halo 2, MM3 and Project Gotham 2.

I definitely agree! (Well, except for the fact that you listed three games. )

And yes, SW:KOTR is another one that I'm very much looking forward to!

When an overhyped Xbox game comes out and DOES NOT SUCK, I will be interested.

THe last few highly anticipated games have all turned out crap, especially Tao Feng, which I had been looking forward to for some time.

 

Penny Arcade said it was meh.

This game better not blow cock. The Xbox hasn't had a triple-A title since Splinter Cell, and that was 6 months ago. It's been a long dry spell.

There have been so many overhyped duds on the Xbox:
Blinx
Morrowind (not a dud, but the game did not live up to its potential)
Panzer Dragoon
Dead to Rights
