Anybody else have today off?

I work for a software company and was really surprised to get an email that today would be a holiday. Sucks that I didn't know about it before as I likely would've planned to do something today instead of doing laundry and cleaning my apartment.

I am off today. It's a furlough day.

Worked Monday and 1/2 day Tuesday.
Wednesday was a Holiday.
Thursday I used a banked Furlough day.
Friday is a Furlough day.
Saturday is my regular day off
Sunday is my regular day off. But, I am flying to San Diego for business so it is an OT day.

Working today, but it's my last full day. Only a couple half days next week, a few days off, then FINALLY starting a new job.

My current job is sales, though, so today there isn't much to do. I'll be working on getting my Texas Hold 'Em win % above 75%.

vacation day for me. Lil rudeguy has spring break and today was the only day I could get approved. Its going to be 80 and sunny here today. In Michigan...that's a big deal.!

no OT here, just a regular day. hell, we dont even get veterans day off. no OT that day either. i do have some comp time built up, gonna leave early and hang with the chilluns.
