I ordered a 27" wqhd monitor from them 2 weeks ago on a sale I saw here in the hot deals forum. It said ships in 1-2 days. After 2 weeks I emailed them what happened to my order. After 72h of no response I got an email saying they were refunding my PayPal because I didn't complete the transaction. Lol wtf, incomplete transaction but you still charge me and don't even send me an email saying transaction was incomplete?

Why would they send you an email saying your transaction was incomplete? Sounds like they just expected you to follow instructions.
 
I used to do business with Buy.com...but once they got bought out by Rakutan...things changed. Lots of reports like what PG posted...I stopped buying from them.
