Anybody else have problems with ghosting on a CRT

I have a NEC FE950+, it's a passable 19" trintron and pretty new. I've noticed ghosting with bright objects moving on real dark backgrounds. You can also see a glow to the right of bright icons on a dark desktop, if the brightness isn't turned up too high. It might partially be my eyes, but screen material does take some time to stop glowing. Are there better monitors that don't exhibit this problem?

I had a NEC Multisync E700 that had a little blurriness. Perhaps you're just drunk, or your eyes are tired.

Tried messing with Vsync or Refresh Rates?
