Anybody created a MSDART 10 Disc?

I have been trying for months now and constantly error out. I have the Desktop Optimization pack 2015 and everytime I run it this is what I get:

Generating DaRT image
Installing and configuring DaRT tools...
The running command stopped because the preference variable "ErrorActionPreference" or common parameter is set to Stop: The request is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070032)
Cleaning up temporary files
Temporary folder: C:\Users\Effects\AppData\Local\Temp\DaRT_Mount_2016.05.16.14.51.29
 
I browsed that thread, nothing seemed to help. :-/ I currently have no AV on the machine I am trying to create it from.
