Anybody bought any games from Consumerdepot.com?

I'm also thinking about buying a couple games from there. World of Warcraft and Dawn of War. Would like any info people have. ResellerRatings are decent, but they're full of people with only 1 review, not sure if I trust that.

Seems like a lot of the games are stores returns that may have already been installed.

Anybody know if Tiger Woods 2004, Madden 2005, or Pacific Fighters have any CD keys or activation codes?

I mentioned in Klipsch thread, but I think it's hit and miss (probably worse than 50%). My guess is that if customers returned those games, it probably means
1. games have some problems (bad CDs, bad program)
2. they just stole CD-keys

Besides, consumerdepot sent me Dawn of War when I ordered HL2...

To MaximusH825,
e-mail me if you want Dawn of War

Decided to roll the dice and picked up Tiger Woods 2004, Madden 2005, and Pacific Fighters cheap.

Shipping was slightly more than $5.

Will update the thread once everything arrives.

I live in the Nashville area and occasionaly shop at Consumer Depot, but I would never buy anything from them that I did not personally examine. They have some good stuff, but they also have a lot of junk.

Everything they have are junks, I've bought them and it doesn't last long or defective that takes awhile for you to notice.

they are being sued here in the nashville area for intentionaly selling defective broken or other problems without the consumer knowing before the sale. there product is old out dated and over priced go to new egg or some other online with better rating

From BBB web site

Customer Experience

Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to the volume, pattern and failure to answer complaints.

I took a chance and got WOW for $19.99. I figure the worst case scenario is I'll have to send the manual or cd case to Blizzard for a new cd key. Guess I'll know on Tuesday.

lol 😀

I doubt the cd key will work but shipping the manual or cd case USPS priority mail for cd key replacement is only $3.85. Still cheaper than a retail store copy which could have just as easily have a jacked cd key.
