You need a WORKSTATION board to get a PCIE-16 graphics slot, not a server type.

Tyan K8WE not good enough? It has twin PCIE-16 slots, three PCI-X busses on two bus segments, and one legacy PCI slot. It's a dual-Opteron board, compatible with dual-core CPUs for a total of four cores maximum.

And look, its full version even comes with a SCSI controller right there ...

Haven't seen PCIE chipset combined with PCI-X tunnel chip on S939. It's technically feasible, but wouldn't perform half as good as on socket-940. S939 lacks the multiple HyperTransport links, so you'd have to put everything on the one single HT link that's there, daisy-chaining the PCI-X tunnel in front of the PCIE chipset. On socket-940, everything runs in parallel on separate HT links - the twin NForce-Pro chips AND the AMD PCI-X tunnel.
