Do you not have local farms in your area that sell this sort of stuff in big bags? I tend to buy huge bags of fertilizer from a local sod farm, as well as lawn seeds to add to my lawn. I have a ridiculous amount of weeds and been trying to basically choke them out. I don't obsess over it enough to justify getting weedman or using tons of chemicals so just been trying to go a bit more natural. I think it's at least helping.

It says right there, you need an agent to secure dangerous good shipping authorization and space. IE that is your problem. I don't see how you think you as a nobody can just go and order KNO3 in bulk from China.

FOB Shanghai Port means they drop it off at Shanghai Port, rest is on you.

Freight rate is like three times pre pandemic level.

Probably both. Sounds like either can be used, for fondue adding wine has the tartrate, adding lemon juice has citrate. Structure is fairly similar.
