Any "work at home" companies that AREN'T scams?

I saw an older post similar to my question, but it never found an answer. I am looking around for companies that promote "work at home" jobs but I have no idea if they are legitimate. The only one I can think of off the top of my head is Work at Home. If anyone knows if this is legit (they want money up front) or have other suggestions I would appreciate it.
