Any word on ABIT's KR7-RAID?

I have been doing some browsing on the web, trying to find some info on ABIT's VIA KT266A mobo solution, the KR7-RAID. I have seen a few websites claiming mid-october as the releases date, but I haven't heard anything from Anandtech, or any other reputable hardware site.

Anyone know anything on the progress of the KR7? The reason I ask, is because I have an entirely new AMD Athlon system that I received from Newegg yesterday sitting in my room, waiting for a mobo.

Maybe you should get another 266A board because you'll have to pay a premium for the abit board. The inquirer reports that the KR7-R should be hitting retail stores sometime next week.

I would get another board, I was thinking about MSI's KT266A, but I suffer from brand loyalty
