Any windows based PVR software?

I know there are a bunch available for the open source community like evo, freevo, and openpvr but I've tried looking for similar software for Windows and I'm not able to find any.

I am about a month away from building my HTPC system and one of the main functions of it will be for tv recording. I know that MS has Windows XP Media Center coming soon which will include TIVO-like apps but like Anand's AIW Radeon 9700 Pro article states, it will be proprietary to major manufacturers like HP and Compaq.

The reason why I don't want to go open source is that I'll be throwing a 9700 in there (hopefully) and I will use it as a gaming rig (BF1942, UT2K3, etc...) I really don't want to dual boot either and waste precious hard drive space for mp3's, DivX's.

OIC...no ehome or Windows XP Media Center for me becuase in requires fully hardware based MPEG-2 encoder which the ATI 8500DV/9700Pro do not have.

I'll take a look at SnapStream.

SnapStream looks pretty sweet. I'm gonna try out a demo before I buy it.

If Windows XP Media Center becomes less hardware dependent and comes bundled with a remote that would be sweet.
