I have had a number of computers since I got my ipod, and now I have a relatively complete collection of music on my iPod but its not all on my computer.

I know there are ways to get the music off the ipod and back on the PC, but what I am wondering is whether or not theres any program that will do a two way sync, that is to copy all the songs from the ipod that arent on my pc to the pc, and to copy all the songs that are on my pc but not the ipod to the ipod. I'd rather not go through both libraries and match it up, if it can be avoided...

anyone have any ideas on this?

Not legally, but there are programs

I know of a way to get all of the songs of the iPod, but they are disorganized so it's impossible to pick out single albums/artists.

Open the iPod drive letter-->Tools-->Options-->View-->Show hidden files and folders-->iPod_Control-->blanking here but I think it says Music-->there are a bunch of folders with a letter - which I'm also blanking on - and a number, those are all of the songs on the iPod

YGPM as well.
