any way to transfer all my emails from outlook express on one comp to another?

i'm using outlook express right now and i just got a new computer...right now in outlook express i have a few folders and a lot of e-mails that i save and just leave in the folders..is there anyway to save all my e-mails onto a a disc or cd adn then load it into my other comp? i tried to go to file -> export -> messages and then i clicked OK, but nothing happens?
