I just moved over to my IMAP acount (which is 1000 times better than POP3) but I still have the Local Folders there even though I dont use them. Is there any way to get rid of them through the registry maybe? I dont mind switching email clients if it fully supports IMAP and doesnt have Local Folders.

Which version of Outlook are you using?

Get rid of them through your profiles.

First of all, close & exit everything Outlook related.

Next, right click on the Outlook icon on the desktop and go to Properties.

Click Show Profiles (if you have more than one profile setup) otherwise click Data Files.

Locate Personal Folders in the list.

Click Remove and then click Close.
