Any way to overclock this baby higher?

I was able to taker the 133mhz fsbs to.....140! with 1.825 volts, she runs steady, but I cant take her any higher, and all my ram latency timings are at their highest.
 
Is it a Thoroughbred or one of the early palominos??? the palo's were not that good and you may not get more out of it regardless...The Tbreds were much better and my wife's does 2700+ level at default core but I have it on a board with no vcore options or vdimm options...so who knows how well it could do...
