Any way to 'mirror' a boot HD?

Hey all, what is the easiest way to mirror a boot HD? Is it possible? I just want to transfer all existing information onto a new blank HD and use the new HD as my bootdrive.
 
Ok thanks! Can I DL one of those for a free use? I don't mind paying for software normally, but this will be a one time thing.

Your new hd manufacturer probably has a utility that will copy your old boot drive and make a new boot drive for you. Check out their site.

 
a bad idea why? other than compatibility issues (read pains in the ass), I dont see why not... if you decided on windows then you might as well use its capabilities
