any way to limit gaming hours without specific times?

I have some gaming ports limited to specific hours on my son's computer. I would much prefer limiting the number of hours per day rather than specifying certain hours. For example, rather than allowing them from 6pm-9pm I'd rather have something turn off the ports after 3 hours of gaming that can be used anytime during the day.

I'm guessing that this cannot be done but just giving it a shot. I'm using a D-Link DGL-4300 router. If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate the input.

Welcome to AT Network Forum.

I do not think that any Router can do so.

I do not recall seeing software that does it.

However there is so many software packages out there, might be that it is existing.

Programs like this??? http://www.winglink.com/conntroll/index2.php

P.S. I found the above by entering the term - limit internet time - to my Google Bar. Might be that using few similar terms would yield better results.
