Any way to adapt home cordless phone to Bluetooth?

All the cordless multi handset phones that I see are Bluetooth compatible only with existing bluetooth cell phones. Is there a way to adapt a cordless home phone, get a Bluetooth headset and talk hands free?

Let me clarify my thought. I was thinking of a headset or just the one ear bluetooth receiver. Also, won't the bluetooth be lighter and more comfortable?

I use plantronics all day long. I love it.
