Someone on another forum wants to buy a car part I have, but he's in Poland. Any way I can do it and not get scammed?

International money order?
Amazon payments?
Paypal? j/k
 
Don't send him the part until the check clears. It's the way eBay started. Paypal takes a percentage. He can also send you Amex Travellers cheques.
