Any Warranty/Guarantee on Dr. Scholls??

Take a Gander at this!!!

So after spending the ridiculous money on Dr. Scholls insoles, take a look what happened to one of them. WTF?!?!??! These were the "SPORTS" one too, and this happened while playing basketball.

Anyhow, reason i'm posting is because I couldn't find anything about a warranty/guarantee on their website. So, does anyone know if they have a guarantee and who/where to contact?!??!?!
