Any W7 updates to avoid?

I still like to have it set to " Ask before applying "..

Agreed. Not to mention whenever I had auto-update in use it would kick in at the most inopportune moment. All of a sudden Crysis would get glitchy. "WTF? Oh, auto-update. Now it wants me to reboot and will crash/minimize my game every 10 minutes until I do so."
 
that last update is the one that will hold SP1 from coming down the wire iirc.

so you might not want that yet depends
 
If you do use Netflix, don't update to the newer Microsoft Silverlight. I don't know why, but the Silverlight update doesn't allow me to watch Netflix stream online. I had to uninstall the update and use the older version of the Silverlight.
 
Do you mean this version, 4.0.51204.0?

I just tested it with both firefox and IE and it worked for me on my XP machine, but then on my win7 pc, it didn't work! anyone else having issues?
