Any VMware experts out there?

I am currently triple booting WinME, Win2k Pro, and Linux Mandrake 7.1 from the same harddrive... different partitions. Anyway, I am experimenting with VMware 2.0.1 for Win2k and I have managed to get it to boot up WinME and everything but I can't get the display driver to work correctly. I have a Voodoo Banshee and I used the VMware Tools SVGA driver they recommend but it doesn't appear to work even though it shows it as being installed. Neither does the regular Voodoo Banshee latest reference drivers. Anyone know why and how do I fix it? It gets annoying running this in 16 colors at a 640x480 resolution.

Please note that I have created 2 hardware profiles, one is the Original Configuration for when I boot to WinME normally and the other is for VMware so it doesn't screw up my normal settings. This is what VMware recommends.

I have a Abit BX6 r2, Celeron 2 566 @ 850, 128mb sdram, with VMware set to use 64mb for the WinME session.
