Back in high school my friends used to steal the Malt Vinegar from Long John Silvers for me to drink while all of them were getting smashed on some cheap beer. I didn't condone the theivery...especially when LJS's Malt Vinegar wasn't very strong.

My Family started drinking Apple Cider Vinegar, it is very good to strenghthen your immune system, helps with almost every part of your body.

My mom used it on her rash on her waistline and it got rid of it in a day, it is said to be good for people who are balding, my Dad might try soon. Because when you are balding, there is'nt much too lose when you try new remedies.

We mix it with raw honey and water, some drink it raw. The taste is'nt as bad as the smell!
