I am. For 2 years. Which means, no animal products in anything whatsoever, and nothing that is processed on animal equipment, such as dairy traces, etc.

i ate at a vegan place a couple months ago... ironically it was called 'Real Foods Daily'. So I had a 'real' burger...sorry dude, f'n nasty. The 1.5 lbs of Medium Rare Ribeye I consumed last night was much more satisifying.

no the vegan diet shows longer health.
