Any tricks on getting a song from being stuck in your head?

Rented the movie "Whip it" this weekend and now I can't get the song "So Caught Up In You" by .38 Special from playing over and over in my head. It's a good song but I just want it to stop! What do you do to get the music to stop. I've been listening to other songs on my iPod, but that ain't working.

Find another song to get stuck in your head. The songs on your ipod wont work because you've heard them already and probably killed them to death.

I recommend Bo Peep by T-Ara. (K-pop group)

Listen to the song again and move on to others. That usually does the trick for me.

I had that military cadence stuck in my head for years after boot camp. I could not walk anywhere without sounding off on my left foot every time it hit the ground. Ugh!

I finally beat it (Just beat it!) with mental control. Each time the cadence started in my head, I would forcibly stop it and think of something else. It can return quickly in an instant. It is very tough to stop.
