Come on, I need advice from brave do-it-themselfers who have endured bronzed pates before they got it just right on the blondness. Any volunteers, disaster stores, step-by-steps, tips?
 
i normally just put in half a cup for whites, and a full cup for colored. make sure the machine is set to large.

depending on how dark your hair is you might want to go with
30% solution for the sides and back,40% solution for the crown,bang areas

go to a beauty school,I get very expensive foiling with weaving for a fraction of what salons charge and Ive been very pleased with my experiences.

before you put the bleach in your hair make sure you stop, take a deep breath, and pull your head out of your @ss. that is all.
 
ugh. don't do it.

I have a large bald spot on my head that can testify to the dangers of bleaching your hair.

if you are going to do it, pay the money and get it done professionally. better than having to keep your head shaved the rest of your life.
