Any survey sites or the like

I know there are a few sites that actually pay you to take surveys or do something but i just dont know what they are. anyone know of any little sites that they do on the side or something?

I never actually participated in any of the paid survey sites, but I do respond to a few from mypoints.com. What's funny is that sometimes you answer what has to practically be the whole survey to find out that you don't qualify and therefore receive the minimum number of points.

yea i currently participate in NPDOR. The only money i ever got was a random 5 dollar check for something. never won anything tho... anyone else?

The only site I've ever made money on is Focus Forward.
I get quite a few invites to take surveys, they usually reward you with a buck or two.
The only thing is, unless you take the thing shortly after getting the email, you usually end up getting nothing because you "don't fit the profile" of people they're looking for.
Which means they've had enough responses from internet geeks looking to make money off taking surveys.

I used to do Pinecone Research surveys. You would do a 10 minute survey and get $3. They send you smaller surveys in between to determine which big surveys to send you. I started doing so many small surveys that I just lost interest.

I get money from KnowledgePanel surveys ($25 every few months, probably $100-$125 total last year), but you can't just sign up I don't think; they randomly called me one day and signed me up then. (All the surveys are online, it was just the initial sign-up that was on the phone.)
